Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills.
• Hands-on with robotics or hardware environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partnerships management with factories and contractors across the Philippines.
• Oversee data collection operations and secure data transmission to servers.
• Manage local procurement, logistics, and facility needs.
• Implement QA protocols to ensure data integrity.
• Lead and mentor logistics contractors and interns; manage output and morale.
• Coordinate 24/7 operational calendar and shifts across time zones.
• Iterate data collection workflows to improve efficiency and throughput.
