Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks a General Manager, Operations to lead our data collection efforts in Mexico. You will be the CEO of a growing team, guiding cross‑functional work and ensuring the data pipeline runs around the clock.

You will bridge the US engineering team and local execution, designing processes, overseeing procurement, and mentoring contractors to maintain high data quality while scaling to 100+ staff.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, logistics, or tech ops).
• Excellent English and Spanish communication (written and verbal).
• Experience managing large, diverse contractor/intern teams.
• Hands-on technical aptitude with robotics/hardware.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and resources across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to a wide range of businesses and contractors across Mexico.
• Ensure collected data is securely received and uploaded to servers.
• Manage local supply chain for tools, hardware, and facility needs.
• Own data QA and ensure high quality data for models.
• Lead and mentor logistics contractors and interns, maintain morale and discipline.
• Coordinate a 24/7 operational calendar and shifts across time zones.
• Iterate data collection workflows for efficiency and throughput.
