Workstream is seeking a Team Lead for Global Data Operations in the Philippines. You will oversee daily output of Video Data Contributors and Quality Reviewers, ensuring high-quality footage and strict privacy controls.

You’ll partner with Operations and Recruiting to align onboarding, schedules, and payments. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and comfort working with a distributed gig workforce in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in BPO or AI data ops.
• Hands-on with multi-camera hardware and recording wearables.
• Attention to detail with data quality auditing.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to host team syncs.
• Comfortable working with distributed gig teams in a fast-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Video Data Contributors and Quality Reviewers.
• Track metrics like upload volume, retention, and error rates.
• Audit footage for usability, camera positions, and lighting.
• Troubleshoot hardware setups and upload bottlenecks.
• Coordinate onboarding and equipment readiness.
• Support recruitment screening and onboarding.
• Coordinate payroll related data reconciliation and payouts.
