Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee development teams and deliver high-quality software solutions for US projects from Metro Manila. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and project coordination, requiring night-shift availability.

You will lead teams, review code, mentor engineers, and coordinate with architects, QA, and PMs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern languages and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
