Job summary

Manulife Contact Center is hiring Customer Service Representatives to assist clients across the United States, Canada and Asia with product and service information. A signing bonus of Php 30,000 is offered for candidates joining between October and December 2026.

The role requires call center experience (international voice), 2 years of college or higher, and willingness to work night shifts in a hybrid onsite/remote setup at U.P. Ayala Technohub, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Experience in international voice centers preferred
• Completed 2 years in college or equivalent degree
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Hybrid work setup: onsite or remote as needed; location is Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls about policy/contract information and service questions
• Deliver accurate information and resolve inquiries with efficiency
• Negotiate and resolve issues or escalate as needed
• Document significant interactions and follow up with customers
• Provide timely production updates to management and stakeholders
