Qualifications

• Two years of college completed (no failing subjects).
• At least 1 year of call center experience handling voice customer service for an international retail banking account.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays when needed.
• Must be amenable to work at U.P. Ayala Land Techno Hub, Quezon City.
• Hybrid work arrangement: on-site and work-from-home as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Manulife Bank customers, business account holders, and advisors.
• Handle inbound inquiries with accurate, timely resolutions.
• Educate customers on banking products, policies, and digital tools.
• Support servicing needs for savings, chequing, investments, mortgages, loans, credit cards, and online banking.
• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues while balancing satisfaction, operations, and risk.
