Qualifications

Experience in a call center handling international voice accounts.
Proven English communication skills (spoken and written).

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns.
Able to type at least 35 wpm and multitask across applications.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls regarding policy/contract information and general client concerns.
Provide accurate product/service information and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Negotiate win-win solutions or escalate to appropriate resources as needed.
Document and track significant caller discussions and follow-up contacts.
Communicate production updates and challenges to management in verbal and written form.
