Job summary

Manulife Contact Center is seeking Customer Service Representatives who are excited to help customers across the United States, Canada, and Asia by providing product and services information and resolving concerns. You will handle calls, document discussions, and deliver excellent service while working in a hybrid setup that may include onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan, Cebu.

The role requires at least 2 years of international voice experience, college credit, night shifts, and strong English

Qualifications

• Experience in international voice call center environments.
• Education: 2 years of college or higher.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Hybrid onsite and remote work readiness in Cebu, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls about policy/contract information and general client concerns.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Negotiate solutions and escalate when needed.
• Document discussions and follow up with customers.
• Communicate production updates to management in writing and verbally.
