Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–7 years in international shipping or freight forwarding, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 3–7 years of international shipping, NVOCC or freight forwarding experience.
• Strong work ethic, proactive and self-motivated.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office or Canva.
• Preferably from Paranaque, Pasay, Makati or Manila.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with overseas Shared Services team on customer bookings and booking confirmations.
• Ensures timely release of Authority to Withdraw (ATW) and space requirements.
• Proactively coordinates with Head Office Trade and Cargo flow teams for space and schedules.
• Obtains approvals for DG shipments with Head Office DG Desk.
• Handles inquiries from accounts and provides shipment info and updates.
• Coordinates with internal teams on equipment availability, vessel schedules and cargo monitoring.
• Resolves service issues and manages escalations promptly.
• Maintains strong, long-term client relationships.
• Coordinates with terminal operators, trucking providers, network partners and overseas counterparts.
• Addresses operational challenges with internal teams and acts as backup for Outport offices.
• Supports overall sales initiatives and contributes to process improvements.
