Pacific International Lines is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate international bookings, ensure ATW releases, and collaborate with Head Office teams on space and DG shipments. The role focuses on timely updates, strong client relationships, and issue resolution.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–7 years in international shipping or freight forwarding, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Coordinates closely with overseas Shared Services team on customer bookings and booking confirmation as well as timely release of Authority to Withdraw (ATW)
Proactively coordinates with Head Office Trade and Cargo flow teams for space requirements
Works closely with Head Office DG Desk to get approvals for DG shipments
Handles inquiries from accounts and provides timely shipment info and updates
Coordinates closely with internal teams on equipment availability, vessel schedules and monitoring of cargo movements
Resolves service issues and manage escalations timely
Maintains strong, long-term client relationships
Coordinates with terminal operators, trucking providers, network partners as well as overseas counterparts
Proactively addresses operational challenges with internal teams
Act as a backup resource for Outport offices and supports overall sales initiatives
Contributes to continuous process improvement
