Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group’s RCMI-Crew Manning seeks a full-time Spec., Operations in Manila to manage Philippine POEA contract and visa processing for crew members. The role includes coordinating with Global Processing and Visa teams, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining confidentiality in all business matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College Degree in International Studies or Maritime Field required.
Knowledge of POEA and Visa requirements and joining port documents.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and related productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Process POEA contracts and crew visa applications.
Monitor and update POEA and Visa data and documents.
Ensure timely release of contracts and visas for crew members.
Submit visa applications to Global Visa team promptly.
Upload scanned visa copies to C-TRAC in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Global Processing and Onboarding teams for compliance.
Support supervisor in driving process improvements and team performance.
