Job summary

ING Hubs Romania owns payroll, compensation, benefits and performance workflows to deliver accurate enrollment, payroll transactions, terminations and audits. You will partner with HR, Finance and vendors to ensure timely processing, governance and issue resolution while driving automation and process improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in payroll/benefits operations, advanced Excel skills, and exposure to multi-country payroll environments in a Shared Services setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll and benefits operations experience.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Experience supporting multi-country payroll operations (APAC/Europe).
• Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis skills.
• Background in Shared Services or Global Business Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute, validate, and coordinate compensation, benefits, performance management, and payroll processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure process accuracy, compliance, governance, and SLAs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, localPeople Services, payroll vendors, and benefits providers.
• Lead resolution of complex payroll issues, discrepancies, and audit activities.
• Drive standardization, automation, and service enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and coach team members on BAU operations.
• Monitor KPIs and stakeholder discussions to drive improvements.
