Job summary

ING Hubs B.V. Philippine Branch is seeking a Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end compensation, benefits, and payroll processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate enrollments, transactions, and reports, while driving efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong Excel skills, multi-country payroll exposure, and a proactive, self-directed attitude.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll and benefits operations experience.
• Experience supporting multi-country payroll operations, preferably APAC/Europe.
• Background in Shared Services, GBS, BPO, SSO, or outsourced payroll environments.
• Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis skills for reconciliations and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end compensation, benefits, and performance management operations.
• Coordinate enrollments, payroll transactions, terminations, reconciliations, and auditing activities.
• Ensure process accuracy, governance, and adherence to SLAs and policies.
• Partner with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and benefits providers to resolve issues.
• Drive standardization, efficiency improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Coach team members on BAU operations and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and escalate risks proactively.
