Job summary

Responsibilities include processing standard and non-standard offers, job evaluations, year-round compensation actions, retention programs, and LTI-related activities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a regional context.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver global compensation processes and transactions per policy and SLAs.
• Support job evaluations and non-standard offers for positions at D1 level and below.
• Coordinate annual salary adjustments, promotions, and other approved compensation changes.
• Prepare compensation letters and maintain audit trails for governance requirements.
