Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Operations, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end year‑end compensation planning and LTI Choice program execution.
• Perform rigorous testing, validation, reconciliation, and audit checks for accurate calculations and payouts.
• Investigate and resolve data issues during year‑end execution; document root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver compensation analytics, reports, and summaries for leadership decision‑making.
