Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Analyst, Global Process in Total Rewards to support and deliver administration of global compensation programs. You will work with Total Rewards leaders, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to provide a streamlined experience for leaders and colleagues.

The role offers exposure to global projects, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Operations, or related analytical role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, regional environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end year-end compensation planning and LTI Choice program execution.
Perform testing, validation, reconciliation, and audit checks for calculations, eligibility, and payouts.
Investigate data issues during year-end execution and document root causes and corrective actions.
Support regulatory and policy compliance through disciplined controls and documentation.
Develop compensation analytics, reports, and summaries for leadership decision-making.
