Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, HR, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or payroll operations, preferably in a shared-services or multinational environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory payroll requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate payroll across designated countries/regions per global standards.
• Perform payroll reporting, reconciliations, validations, and data checks across payroll, HR, and finance systems.
• Ensure timely processing of pay slips, certificates, and payroll requests, including third-party payments.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues raised by employees and partners.
• Maintain payroll documentation and support SOX/compliance requirements.
