Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Manila is seeking an Analyst, Global Compensation to support the execution of global compensation processes, including offers, job evaluations, year-round compensation changes, retention programs, and long-term incentive programs.

You will collaborate with Compensation Managers, COEs, HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services, Payroll, and HRIS to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely service across markets while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver global compensation processes and transactions according to policies and SLAs.
• Manage Tier 1.5 and Tier 2 compensation cases with timely responses and proper escalation.
• Support non-standard offers and job evaluations for positions at D1 level and below.
• Execute year-round compensation activities including salary adjustments and promotions.
• Coordinate long-term incentive program activities and communications.
