Job summary

RingCentral in the Philippines is seeking a Global Compensation Analyst to design, administer, and improve compensation programs. This individual contributor role partners with compensation leadership, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance and business leaders to deliver market-aligned, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include compensation analysis, market pricing with Radford, job architecture, annual programs, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance/Business/Economics or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience using HRIS platforms (Workday and UKG).
• Experience in tech/SaaS, managing global or multi-country compensation programs preferred.
• Willingness to work night shift and hybrid in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Administer base pay, annual focal, bonus, equity and other compensation programs.
• Conduct compensation analyses to support hiring, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
• Develop cost models, pay scenarios, and financial analyses for business decisions.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of compensation data and outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on policy interpretation and governance.
• Support salary structuring, market pricing, and benchmarking.
