Job summary

Acquire BPO is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support the RingCentral account in Manila. The role involves developing and administering compensation policies, analyzing job classifications, and providing data-driven recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in compensation, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work setup and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis and pay structures.
• Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and administration of compensation policies.
• Analyze requests for job classifications and salary grade placements.
• Communicate analyses and recommendations to stakeholders.

Skills

Experience in Compensation or Total Rewards

Knowledge of compensation principles

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical abilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics or related field
