Job summary

RingCentral seeks a Global Compensation Analyst to design, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to deliver market-aligned, data-driven solutions and ensure policy compliance.

This individual-contributor position offers increasing scope and autonomy. Night shift from 12mn to 9am, Tuesday to Saturday, with a hybrid setup requiring 10–11 days in Cubao or Ortigas per month, in Manila.

Qualifications

• Administer base pay, annual focal, bonus, equity, and other compensation programs.
• Conduct compensation analyses to support hiring, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
• Develop cost models, pay scenarios, and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of compensation data and outputs.
• Investigate and resolve compensation-related issues while ensuring policy compliance.
