Compensation Analyst role at Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) servicing the RingCentral account.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and administration of global, regional, and local compensation policies and programs.
- Apply established compensation policies, job architecture, and governance standards to business requests.
- Analyze requests for new or revised job classifications to determine appropriate job profile, job level, and salary grade placement.
- Develop data‑driven recommendations related to salary structures, pay group exceptions, job revisions, and organizational changes within policy guidelines.
- Analyze existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and recommend compliant courses of action.
- Prepare analytical materials and special studies on topics such as benefits enhancements, incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or equity programs.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver compensation solutions aligned with business needs and policy intent.
- Communicate analyses and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and support consistent application of compensation practices.
- Support administration of domestic and/or international compensation programs with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Maintain documentation and reporting in line with internal controls and governance requirements.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, job evaluation, and pay structures.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with HR systems such as Workday, UKG, or Pave.
- College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and consultative abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle moderately complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Highest level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

- Strong facilitation skills and ability to support multiple partners in a fast‑paced environment.
Schedule and Work Environment
- Night shift schedule: 12:00AM to 9:00AM (MNL), Tuesday to Saturday.
- Hybrid work setup: 10–11 days in office per month, locations include Cubao or Ortigas.
