Emapta is recruiting for a Client Sales Coordinator to translate customer requirements into service opportunities and strengthen commercial partnerships. This full-time role offers a day shift and a temporary WFH setup in Pampanga, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or client coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Results-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving role objectives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good understanding of business systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Service Sales Field Team and serve as the primary liaison with the Operations Team.
• Assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements to ensure accurate and timely service coordination.
• Monitor and report on sales performance across Quoted Works and Internal Technical Sales to support revenue growth.
• Prepare quotations for internal technical repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Coordinate technician visits to customer sites for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Monitor the commercial performance of regional customers to help ensure contract delivery within the required 24-hour timeframe.
• Track customer satisfaction ratings in accordance with established company standards.
• Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key customer contacts.
• Achieve individual performance targets related to service contracts.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic business objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by the business.
