Job summary

Peak Outsourcing, based in Cebu, Philippines, seeks a Broker Outreach Specialist to drive broker onboarding, manage agreements, and support international clients. You will coordinate marketing materials, pricing, and sales support to enable vessel purchases.

You will handle inbound and outbound communications, educate buyers on eco-friendly propulsion and zero-emission marine tech, and ensure CRM integrity in Pipedrive while accelerating deals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with professional level proficiency in another regional language if possible.
• 2+ years in a high-end call center, broker support, luxury concierge, or premium marine/automotive service environment.
• Strong CRM proficiency and keen data management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for ultra-high-net-worth clients and brokers.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving approach to remove sales bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Onboard brokers and ensure agreements are signed, finalized, and logged promptly.
• Provide brokers with marketing collateral, specs, pricing, and inventory data for vessels.
• Act as the daily touchpoint for regional brokers and country managers to resolve inquiries and support sales.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and web chats with international brokers and clients.
• Educate buyers and brokers on propulsion systems, battery/solar integration, and zero-emission marine tech.
• Coordinate logistics for international client visits to shipyards or sea trials.
• Maintain CRM records in Pipedrive, including contacts, deals, and communications histories.
• Track paperwork lifecycles from Initial Offer to Contract Signed and Closed.
