Job summary

Staffstream is building a foundational offshore sales operation in Cebu, Philippines, working directly with Australian founders. You’ll set up CRM, telephony, scripts and reporting, and personally close deals while you ramp the team.

Qualifications

• Experience building a sales team from scratch with CRM, telephony, scripts, reporting and KPI infrastructure.
• Strong track record in direct sales, preferably in home services or consultative B2C.
• Experience managing and developing a sales team with measurable outcomes.
• Solid CRM proficiency and comfort with tech-integrated sales environments.
• Strong communication and reporting skills to brief overseas leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and build offshore sales operations from scratch with CRM and dialer systems.
• Define end-to-end sales process with clear, documented stages.
• Set KPIs and reporting cadence for real-time visibility.
• Directly close sales while the team is ramping up.
• Recruit, onboard and coach a 3–5 person sales squad.
• Provide regular updates to Australian leadership on performance and pipeline.
