Job summary

Jatro BPO in the Philippines is seeking a Sales and Marketing specialist to expand the broker network for KOI Mortgages and generate qualified leads. The role combines outbound prospecting, CRM management, marketing support, and client coordination to keep a steady pipeline for the Principal Broker.

The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting weekly and monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement.
• Experience in AU mortgage, real estate, or financial services is an advantage but not required.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable with outbound calling and client-facing conversations.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Apollo experience is a plus).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to Australian mortgage brokers and introduce our client.
• Add and verify new contacts in the CRM
• Book qualified meetings for the Principal Broker
• Support marketing campaigns (EDMs, social media posts)
• Assist in preparing Indicative Term Sheets (ITS)
• Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly reports
