Job summary

Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking a driven Business Development / Lead Generation Associate to identify, engage, and qualify U.S.-based prospects for offshore staffing services from the Philippines. You will build multi-channel outreach campaigns, target 50+ employee companies, and nurture warm, sales-ready opportunities for the BD team.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, experience in lead generation or outbound sales, and comfort with CRM tools and analytics.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience in lead generation / outbound sales development / business development (BPO, staffing, SaaS or professional services is a plus).
Comfortable with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms, CRM systems, and basic analytics.

Responsibilities

Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified BPO leads.
Research and build targeted lists of U.S.-based mid-sized companies with growth potential.
Qualify leads using structured criteria and hand off opportunities to the business development team.
Maintain records of prospecting activity in the CRM and track performance metrics.
Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn) to support lead generation.
Assist in website messaging and content distribution to educate the market on BPO/offshore staffing benefits.
