Qualifications

• Experience building and operating invoicing/BAU processes in a global billing environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-geography collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support BAU activities for invoicing and client billing across regions.
• Assist with process re-engineering, standardization, and automation of billing processes.
• Provide analytics on receivables and drive reporting for SteerCo and client meetings.
• Identify issues, blockers, and collaborate to implement improvements.
• Coach team members and manage timelines with independent ownership.
