The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, along with 2-3 years of experience in payroll and billing, and 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required. This position plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and resolving billing issues effectively.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll & billing or a related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of billing specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
• Oversee all billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Review and approve billing reports and invoices before they are sent to clients
• Develop and implement procedures to improve billing processes and ensure compliance with regulations
• Resolve billing and payment issues in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities and transactions
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
