Qualifications

• Minimum degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting duties.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly billing and collection forecasts against targets.
• Manage end-to-end client and matter financial lifecycle, seeking efficiencies.
• Provide guidance on cross-border billing and tax considerations.
• Monitor aged debtors and support bad-debt provision analyses.
• Support annual audits via reviews of WIP and debtor balances.
• Prepare billing documentation including schedules, disbursements, narratives.
• Update partners and clients on billing status and collections.
• Train PAs on billing processes and 3E narrative completion.
• Collaborate with regional teams on cross-unit matters.
• Assist pricing, profitability analysis, and matter financial management.
• Build relationships with client finance teams to facilitate invoicing.
• Partner with Business Development teams to provide financial insights.
