Job summary

State Street in Manila seeks a GBO Business Support Manager to lead invoicing and client billing activities across geographies. You will guide BAU processes, coordinate with client reps, RMs and business units, and ensure timely, accurate reporting and analytics.

The role includes process re-engineering, standardization and automation, with responsibilities to improve delivery, prepare SteerCo reports, and drive continuous improvement across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in improving invoice processes across multiple geographies.
• Experience with end-to-end invoicing and global billing functions in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Actively support a portfolio of projects to improve client satisfaction and operating model.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams; identify blockers and issues.
• Prepare reports and decks for SteerCo and client meetings; drive continuous improvement.
