Job summary

AECOM is looking for a Bids and Proposals, GBS Lead (Morning Shift) in the Philippines working a hybrid model. You will manage highly technical bid assignments, producing high-quality proposals, submissions, and qualification materials in line with brand guidelines and client requirements.

Lead cross-functional teams, drive Go/No-Go decisions with capture managers, and shape content with design partners. Strong proposal management, marketing practices, and Salesforce/InDesign proficiency are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, business, marketing or equivalent.
At least seven years of work experience related to bids & proposals.
Expertise in proposal management and directing proposal/presentation teams.
Advanced knowledge of marketing best practices.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce and Adobe InDesign preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-BL, cross-region pursuits and manage complex compliance requirements.
Lead Go/No Go and green light analyses with capture managers and maintain CRM accuracy.
Advise on quality procedures, approval processes, strategy and messaging.
Provide content planning and collaborate with designers on visuals and templates.
Coordinate reviews, manage comments, and finalize documents and compliance.
Develop and maintain bid resources, content for RFPs and PQQ responses.
Provide technical guidance to teams and clients during proposals.
