Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Bid/Proposal professional to support the process of winning work in a hybrid Manila team. You will lead responses to RFIs/RFPs, coordinate content, and manage production from capture through to interviews.

You’ll guide entry-level staff, ensure quality through brand guidelines, and leverage MS Office, InDesign, and Salesforce to craft compelling proposals. Night shift schedule applies.

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years bid-support experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• Experience with RFQ/RFP/RFI responses and proposal workflows
• Strong MS Office and presentation design skills
• Understanding of brand guidelines and visual content communication

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to client RFIs/RFPs and oversee pursuit processes
• Coordinate content, schedules, templates, compliance, and production
• Serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections
• Facilitate color reviews and apply lessons learned to proposals
• Participate in go/no-go analyses and capture planning activities
• Deliver debriefs and act on client feedback for continuous improvement
