Job summary

AECOM in Manila is seeking a Senior Bids and Proposals Specialist to support the Team Lead with day-to-day operations, strategy execution, and end-to-end proposal delivery.

You will lead region-specific pursuits, coordinate with capture managers, writers, and designers, and ensure compliance and timely submissions. This role requires 6–8 years of bid experience and strong MS Office capabilities, along with InDesign skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of bid experience in a professional services firm or similar industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist on region-specific must-win pursuits and manage complex compliance.
• Contribute to go/no-go analysis and readiness to bid with capture managers; update CRM data.
• Develop content plans and templates for proposals.
• Write and edit draft content like executive summaries and cover letters.
• Coordinate with graphic designers for layout and branding templates.
• Prepare and organize content for milestone reviews and final production.
• Support pre-bid meetings and client/portfolio knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and perform quality checks before submission.
• Identify risks and propose prevention strategies.
