Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking an International Benefits Analyst to support multinational employee benefits consulting projects. You will conduct research, analyze data, benchmark benefits, perform compliance reviews, and prepare client reports.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in analytical roles or international benefits, experience in benefits consulting or multinational HR, and strong Excel and communication skills. Collaboration with regional teams and brokers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, International Studies, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role and/or international employee benefits.
• Experience in employee benefits consulting, global benefits, or multinational HR is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on international employee benefits including health and welfare plans, retirement, and leave policies.
• Prepare benchmarking, renewal reports, compliance reviews, and client benefit summaries.
• Analyze country-specific benefits data and provide research-based recommendations.
• Support design, implementation, and review of local benefits programs in line with regulations and market practices.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams, brokers, carriers, payroll providers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely, accurate reports and deliverables.
• Monitor regulations, industry developments, and international benefits trends.
