Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a high-performing Lead B2B Sales Trainer to design and deliver training for frontline teams, lead classroom and ongoing sessions, and coach sales reps and junior facilitators. If you have a proven track record in hardcore B2B direct selling and adult learning methodologies, we want you on our team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training experience in a BPO/Contact Center.
• Demonstrated background in hardcore B2B direct selling (driving new sales volume).
• Experience delivering combined customer service and outbound/inbound sales training.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Facilitation: Deliver onboarding and upskilling training for classes of up to 25 employees.
• Direct Sales Coaching: Equip sales agents with B2B direct-selling tactics, closing techniques, and objection-handling strategies.
• Assessment & Quality Alignment: Build knowledge assessments; collaborate with QA to monitor live performance and provide coaching.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Maintain reports on training metrics, cohort throughput, pass rates, and ROI.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Onboard and mentor new Trainers and Training Facilitators for consistent delivery.
• Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Align training with product updates and business objectives with clients.
• Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel internationally as needed.
