Job summary

IntouchCX in Manila is seeking an experienced Learning & Training Lead to turn onboarding into high-converting sales professionals. You will run rigorous labs, roleplays, and data-driven curriculum updates to raise performance.

The role requires 3+ years in contact center training, B2B closing, and team mentoring, with willingness to travel internationally. A Business or Education degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing contact center training delivery.
• Direct closing background with capability to drive raw sales volume in B2B markets.
• Firm command of adult education methodologies, curriculum authoring, and competency verification.
• History of mentoring, upskilling, or directly managing instructional personnel.

Responsibilities

• Drive dynamic learning sessions for cohorts of up to 25 reps.
• Deliver instruction in pipeline creation, objection handling, and contract closing for high-volume B2B direct acquisition.
• Build diagnostic assessments, tests, and benchmarks to certify staff readiness.
• Mentor and supervise onboarding instructional specialists for standardized facilitation.
• Partner with QA to translate call data into performance drills.
• Provide analytical visibility into learner progression and milestones.
• Maintain ability for offshore travel to facilitate international account integrations.
