Job summary

Budget Waste Services Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking a seasoned Sales Team Leader to guide a high-performing outbound team. You will mentor, set targets, and drive achievement of quarterly and yearly sales goals while reporting performance metrics to senior leadership.

You will automate reporting and marketing materials using Microsoft 365, maintain CRM data accuracy, and collaborate with the Australian NSM on marketing initiatives and opportunity naming for cold calling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales with outbound leadership experience.
• Proven ability to hit targets and KPIs in productivity and financials.
• Excellent people management and mentoring skills.
• Strong IT skills with AI integration and Microsoft products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and leaders.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Understanding of B2B sales and international clients (Australian preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound sales team, provide training, and set clear goals for the team to achieve their sales target.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, recognize top performers, and identify training needs to enhance skills.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for Manila Sales Team Leader.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management (CEO, Financial Controller, NSM).
• Supply data required to support the Australian Sales Manager (NSM) in meetings, presentations, and company reports.
• Automate production of marketing materials, reports, and communications using Microsoft 365 apps to improve efficiency.
• Update and warehouse all databases in CRMs or apps and name the correct contacts for opportunities for cold calling.
• Collaborate with NSM to create or update marketing materials and oversee daily announcements.
