WSP Manila, Inc. seeks a highly experienced Sales Enablement Manager to lead the Manila-based team supporting the Australian business. You will connect delivery of the Global Client Program, data integrity in Horizon, and governance of master service agreements.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage staff, and build capability through coaching, standard setting, and performance reviews, while ensuring compliance and high-quality client reporting.

Competenze

• Degree in business, administration, marketing or communications or equivalent experience is required.
• More than 15 years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment with team management experience.
• Experience leading a resource centre or shared services team supporting internationally based internal clients is desirable.
• Proficient in CRM and ERP systems with understanding of opportunity and project lifecycle, client account management and client feedback data.
• Strong data skills, including ability to interrogate large data sets, build Power BI reports, and present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.

Mansioni

• Build and manage a team supporting Global Client Program and Sales Enablement for WSP's Australian business and other regions.
• Liaise with Clients & Growth leads in Australia to align expectations and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards for each operational function of the team.
• Identify and present opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Oversee Global Client Program support including client research, account planning, and reporting.
• Oversee data hygiene and governance for Horizon pipeline data.
