Job summary

UPTC in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join the campaign team. You will make 150–250 outbound calls daily on behalf of leading technology brands, qualify needs using BANT, and generate sales opportunities.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in telesales, experience with B2B, and familiarity with Salesforce. Strong English and German communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sales role.
• Proven experience in a telesales role.
• Lead generation with 2+ years cold calling and at least 100 dials.
• B2B sales experience.
• Familiar with BANT campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal English and German.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Resilience and self-motivation in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Dial between 150-250 numbers per day.
• Make outbound business calls for top technology brands.
• Handle objections and generate sales opportunities.
• Meet campaign KPIs and targets.
• Work through allocated call lists.
• Complete write-ups with accurate, spell-checked fields.
• Verify prospect information and fill missing details.
• Follow call scripts and write-up templates.
• Ensure qualifying requirements are met on calls.
• Consult with Team Leader if unsure of campaign requirements.
