Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to fuel the sales funnel with high-quality prospects.

You will research markets, manage contacts in Hubspot, and execute multi-channel outreach including LinkedIn, phone campaigns, email blasts, and Google Ads to generate FTAs for the sales team. Daily you will set up First Time Appointments, monitor metrics, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have experience using Hubspot CRM.
• Strong English communication—written and verbal.
• Must meet daily KPI targets and manage time effectively.
• Hold a passport and be willing to travel to USA or Canada at least twice per year.

Responsibilities

• Research markets to identify potential leads.
• Maintain and update databases of contacts and leads in Hubspot.
• Segment leads by industry, location, and value.
• Utilize LinkedIn for targeted outreach and connection requests.
• Execute phone outreach campaigns and email blasts.
• Develop and run social media lead-gen activities and monitor website interactions.
• Schedule First Time Appointments and nurture relationships with leads.
• Track KPIs and report daily on FTAs, with weekly updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to improve offerings.
