Job summary

Reed Exhibitions is seeking a highly motivated, customer-centric Sales Executive to join a fast-paced team in Manila. The role spans promoting global shows, converting leads to registrants, and selling exhibition spaces and digital opportunities over the phone and in person where required.

You will manage multiple events, build relationships, and meet daily targets while providing accurate reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2nd year college required.
• Proven track record in a relevant sales environment, preferably B2B exhibitions.
• Excellent telephone sales ability at a senior level.
• Experience in consultative selling and maximizing revenue from new and existing customers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong team player, able to work under pressure.
• High professionalism and attention to detail.
• Amenable to rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote Reed Exhibitions events and conferences to visitors.
• Convert leads to registrants/attendees.
• Upsell in-event sessions and activities to registrants.
• Assist visitors with registrations, including payment processing.
• Update and verify visitor information on calls.
• Generate new leads and acquire new subscribers for event alerts.
• Submit regular productivity/insight reports to stakeholders.
• Sell exhibition space and digital opportunities to exhibitors.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and understand their marketing needs.
• Report progress via weekly sales reports and forecast revenue projections.
• Maintain CRM campaigns across multiple events.
