Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company events and conferences, converting leads into registered attendees
• Upsell event features such as sessions, exhibition spaces, and digital offerings
• Manage end-to-end event registration, including payment processing and customer support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while generating new business leads
• Engage with senior-level clients to grow accounts and drive revenue
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including sales pipeline, campaigns, and client data
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports
• Utilize enterprise AI tools to enhance sales efficiency and productivity
