Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the revenue cycle and build high-performing teams in a global context. You will oversee billing, receivables, collections, and revenue operations, coaching a team across locations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and governance.

With 7+ years in revenue-related finance and 2–3+ years of leadership, you will shape workflows, drive performance, and partner with UK and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience across revenue operations, billing, receivables, collections, e-billing, or related finance functions.
• 2-3+ years of formal team leadership experience with coaching, performance management, and day-to-day oversight.
• Professional accounting credential (CA/CPA) or equivalent international designation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full revenue cycle while safeguarding financial controls and data accuracy.
• Lead Revenue Control team with coaching, capability building, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and international stakeholders to track performance and results.
• Direct day-to-day operations across billing, e-billing, collections, reporting, and vendor documentation.
