Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a senior Accounts Receivable professional to own the AR function for a fast-growing US-based brand in branded merchandise and e-commerce fulfillment. You will manage high-volume invoicing, collections, DSO reporting, and AR reserves, working with a US finance team and cross-functional partners in Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

This on-site role is ideal for an experienced, autonomous contributor who can mentor staff and drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash

Qualifications

• . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• . 5+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Order-to-Cash, including high-volume invoicing/collections
• . Strong Excel, data manipulation, reporting, and reconciliation skills
• . Experience with an accounting/ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
• . Advanced written and spoken English
• . Willing and able to work the required core shift aligned to US business hours
• . Able to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
• . Hands-on QuickBooks experience (nice to have)
• . Prior experience working a US-aligned night shift (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Manage customer payment application, AR aging, and collections across multiple platforms
• Lead resolution of unapplied cash, credits, refunds, deductions, and disputed balances
• Own AR reserves, aging analysis, DSO reporting, and collections metrics
• Process high-volume billing, invoicing, and enterprise customer POs, including portal submissions
• Prepare AR and revenue reconciliations and support month-end close and audit requests
• Spot trends and risks in the AR portfolio and recommend improvements to cash flow and process
• Mentor and support an Accounts Receivable Analyst, reviewing work for quality and accuracy
• Partner cross-functionally to improve Order-to-Cash processes end to end
