Job summary

Emapta is seeking an Invoicing Operations Lead to manage end-to-end revenue billing with a focus on controls and operational excellence. The role is hybrid, based in Ortigas, with opportunities to grow internationally and engage with global teams.

You will lead invoicing operations, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements while mentoring a billing team. A strong finance background and ERP experience are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue-based invoicing, accounts receivable, billing operations, or finance with supervisory experience.
• End-to-end revenue billing experience including invoice preparation, validation, issuance, reconciliation, collections support, and issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience with customer/revenue-related invoices; purchasing/vendor invoicing alone is not sufficient.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience, mentoring billing teams.
• Strong knowledge of billing cycles, revenue transactions, invoicing accuracy, reconciliations, and controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and Oracle or other ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and maintain invoicing data, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Resolve data discrepancies and perform quality checks; propose process improvements.
• Analyze invoicing data and trends to support decisions and compliance.
• Prepare and validate reports and dashboards; translate findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and escalations.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to support client requirements and service delivery.
