Job summary

Emapta seeks a Revenue Control Manager to lead and optimize the legal revenue function from Manila. You will oversee billing, AR, and collections, drive controls, and coach a growing team while partnering with global stakeholders to improve financial outcomes. CA/CPA or equivalent required, with law firm experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
Law firm or legal services exp in billing, revenue control, AR, collections.
7+ years in billing, revenue operations or finance ops.
2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
Experience with end-to-end billing and revenue cycles.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily team operations across e-billing, billing, collections, reporting.
Develop and mentor the Manila Revenue Control team for high performance.
Escalate complex billing issues to appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to monitor performance and outcomes.
Implement scalable revenue control processes for growth.
