• Supports continuous improvement and adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer needs as a priority and inform about irregularities with alternatives.
• Read and follow customer SOPs and organize day-to-day import/export operations.
• Coordinate import/export shipments with local and overseas customers, airlines/carriers, sub-contractors and agents.
• Prepare and process documents for import/export consignments and monitor shipment/delivery requirements.
