Job summary

924 Hellmann Shared Service Center Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to support export, import and cross-trade activities.

You will liaise with customers, shippers, network and overseas partners to ensure timely freight bookings and shipments. You will focus on customer needs, inform on irregularities, follow SOPs, and coordinate day-to-day import/export operations across local and overseas teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• End-to-end Air/Ocean Freight Import/Export experience is essential.
• Able to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Pro-active attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer needs and requirements as a priority.
• Coordinate import/export shipment with local & overseas customers, airlines/carriers, sub-contractors, agents and truckers.
• Prepare, create and execute import/export documents and monitor shipments.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to execute duties and ensure quality service.
• Attend to designated destination export customs documents and keep customer contact updated.
