Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to deliver proactive support for import/export operations. You will liaise with customers, shippers, network and overseas partners to ensure timely freight bookings and smooth coordination across export, import and cross-trade activities.

You will handle day-to-day tasks, coordinate shipments with carriers, prepare documents, monitor requirements, and maintain strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Work experience in international logistics or freight forwarding apprenticeship preferred.
• 1–3 years of operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer needs as a priority.
• Proactively inform customer about irregularities and provide alternatives.
• Read and follow instructions defined in customer SOPs.
• Organize the day-to-day running of import/export operations.
• Coordinate import/export shipments with customers, airlines/carriers, and partners.
• Prepare, create and correctly execute required import/export documents.
• Monitor daily import/export shipment and delivery requirements.
